Wilhelm Stefan Kain has specialised in the targeted search for managers and specialists in the fields of business, insurance and tax consultancy.
His professional career began with a degree in mechanical engineering from the HTBL Eisenstadt, followed by a degree in business administration and an MBA from the SHW Hohe Warte Study Centre.
In the years that followed, Mr Kain took on leading roles, including the management of an international Knorr-Bremse company, where he was largely responsible for sales and service.
In the process, he built up a strong national and international network, which also benefited him in the recruitment of managers and high potentials.
As Managing Director of Vollmer Austria GmbH, he was most recently responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company.
His extensive expertise is characterised by his international experience, in particular his time spent in the USA and Australia as well as managing a company in North Macedonia.
Today, Wilhelm Stefan Kain advises renowned companies on various sales projects and uses his extensive expertise in international sales to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
