Stefan Tschugmell grew up in Bludenz, Austria, and graduated in mechanical and industrial engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Bregenz. He began his career in project management and sales at a global acoustic systems supplier. With international experience in the automotive industry across North and South America, Japan, Korea, and China, he has managed European business units and developed plants in Central and Eastern Europe. Most recently, Stefan oversaw a globally responsible division at a leading supplier for the automotive, industrial and medical sector.

Stefan is familiar with various corporate cultures and management structures, especially those undergoing change. He quickly adapts to corporate environments to provide targeted insights. Clients appreciate his expertise in general management and sales, operational experience, and international network. His knowledge of change management and passion for new trends make him a highly valued consultant.
